What information may be collected
The Royal Philharmonic Society is registered under the terms of the 1998 Data Protection Act. The personal information that you enter into the LoveMusicPass on-line registration form will be held securely and will not be used for any other purpose unless you have given us permission to send you information from other organisations. We will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies).

- to contact you about a submission you have made to the websites, such as a Registration or Enquiry;

From time to time, we will also get in touch to keep you up to date with our activities, including forthcoming events or activities of the Royal Philharmonic Society.
