LoveMusicPass Conditions of Sale
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before submitting an application for membership or renewal. You should understand that by submitting the application online, by telephone or by post, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Using your LoveMusicPass
1.1 The email confirmation that your application has been successful is proof of your membership of LoveMusicPass. Members must have a copy of this email with them to take up the offers from our partner organisations. Members that do not have this confirmation with them may be asked to pay the full ticket price or be refused entry to a private event. Refunds cannot be given at a later date.
1.2. When admission tickets to venues are booked online or by telephone, proof of membership must be shown on request at point of collection.
1.3. Your LoveMusicPass is valid until the date of expiry shown in your proof of membership.
1.4. Membership benefits are subject to change from time to time. Where possible, changes to benefits will be published our LoveMusicPass’ website lovemusicpass.org.
1.5. Single membership includes one named LoveMusicPass. Joint membership includes membership confirmation for two adults living at the same address.
1.6. LoveMusicPass membership is non-transferable.
1.7. Fulfilment of membership offers is the responsibility of the relevant LoveMusicPass partner and all such offers are subject to availability. LoveMusicPass does not take responsibility for the availability of any offer to any individual member.
2.1. The LoveMusicPass members newsletter will be published monthly by email, and will be sent to active members. Please inform us of any change of address by editing your contact details using your LoveMusicPass online account or by contacting us at email@example.com
2.2. While every effort is made to check the accuracy of information provided on third party partner organisations, LoveMusicPass cannot guarantee the accuracy of the contents of the newsletters as it relates to a third party so please check with individual venues before your visit if you have any questions.
3. Applications for membership
3.1. Membership of the LoveMusicPass scheme through the purchase/renewal of a LoveMusicPass membership is a form of charitable giving. Membership subscriptions are eligible for Gift Aid.
3.2. Once a subscription has been paid and a LoveMusicPass has been issued, no refunds can be made.
3.3. You must not use borrowed, stolen or forged payment methods to make your payment. Should you do so, you agree to accept full responsibility for such action and to indemnify the Royal Philharmonic Society in respect of all actions, claims, damages, liability, fees, costs and expenses whatsoever that arise as a result of such actions.
3.4. Applications for new memberships and renewal can be made by completing our online forms at www.lovemusicpass.org/howtojoin, by post or by telephone.
3.5. When buying or renewing a membership, payment can be made by credit or debit card or via PayPal.
3.6. When payment is made by credit or debit card, the subscription fee will be debited either at the time of your application (when this is submitted online or by telephone).
3.7. Personal cheques payable to the Royal Philharmonic Society will be accepted for postal applications for memberships. Please note that charity vouchers and other payment methods will not be accepted for membership subscriptions in compliance with HMRC guidelines.
3.8. You must be aged 18 or over in order to submit an application for membership or renewal.
3.9 LoveMusicPass reserves the right to reject applications for membership.
